A cooling-off period applies only to our home-visit service. You may cancel within 8 days of the contract date. The cooling-off period does not apply to in-store sales.

- No appointment is needed. Just stop by anytime during business hours.
- Is there a cancellation fee?
- With in-store, mail-in, and home-visit services alike, you may cancel after the appraisal—before the sale is complete—at no charge.
- Are there any items you cannot buy?
- Yes — here are some examples: financial products such as bonds, securities, and insurance; tobacco; veterinary medicines; pharmaceuticals, including herbal (kampo) medicines; electrical appliances without a PSE mark; oil-burning heaters; school uniforms; and uniforms for police, fire, postal, and delivery services.
- Will I have to wait?
- It depends on the number of items and the appraisal, but it can be done in as little as 5 minutes. During busy times, it may take a little longer.
